Patti Koreski
Patti Koreski has been a professional fiber artist since
1981. She designs and paints one-of-a-kind silk scarves, wall
pieces, and clothing as well as creating beaded shibori scarves
and shawls. Her trademark is the use of a vibrant color palette
and intricate imagery. Patti also makes unique beaded bracelets.
Patti gains inspiration from her passions for gardening,
animals, water, performing arts, travel, and her teaching
career. She has taught children’s programs for the Greater
Reston Art Center, the Corcoran, and the Kennedy Center as
well as 30 years for Fairfax County. She facilitates adult
workshops and teaches exercise classes. Patti Lives half the
year on the Potomac River in Leesburg and winters in South
Padre Island, Texas.
